CRGO Core and coil assembly table Usage:

it is used for transformer core overturning & stacking, essential tooling for producing large transformers.

It is equipped with adjustable profile modeling. Operators can position cores according to the profile modeling, thus increasing laminating precision and speed.

Longitudinal movement is via a linear guide; Rotation is driven by hydraulic.

For bigger capacity, the structure will be different.

Components of the device

Piling platform, I-shaped support, lifting beam, accessory tooling (hydraulic trolley for core placement), core positioning tooling (ordered specially)

Features:

• plane stacking can realize accurate positioning of stacking.
• the working table can be overturned 0-90 degrees and can be stopped at any optional position. the table always keeps stable status when the center of gravity suddenly changed from one side to another in the process of overturning.
• The machine has a device that can protect the core avoiding dumping in the process of overturning,
• Stable rising and going down of the machine.

Functional features
1) The core piling overturning table is a special device with advanced level in similar products at home and abroad for piling and overturning of large and superlarge transformer cores modified, designed, and produced by combining with actual conditions of the transformer industry in China according to technical drawings of foreign special devices.

2) All components must be guaranteed with sufficient strength and rigidity and guarantee no distortion during overturning and the reliability of work.

3) Main components are obtained through machining, guaranteeing the flatness tolerance of the upper plane of the piling platform.

4) Necessary heat treatment and non-destructive inspection are done in components involving lifting and the non-destructive inspection report are provided, guaranteeing the safety of workers.

5) No special pit is required. Only two positioning slots are arranged on the ground for positioning during use and assembly. After use, components of the overturning table can be disassembled and lifted with not occupying the working space.
