Method of application:

(1)This machine use alternating current 380V, three phase and four wire circuit system,  temperature controller 220V power supply. Connecting according to distribution box, the machine’s enclosure should be put in the smooth and steady environment.

(2)Power-on, Temperature controller’s red light (OFF) turn on, now the machine is no heating.

(3) Press the  Forward  button, the machine turn forward, the green light will turn on.

(4)When you need stop the machine, press the right button, the machine will stop.

(5)Press the reversal button, the green light will turn on.

(6)When you need stop the machine, press the right button, the machine will stop.

When the roll is heated:

1.Automatic Heating:

Turn on the temperature controller, rotate the rotary knob, until come to the technology required scale position(pay attention: this numerical value is the heated temperature you set ).  The scale on the temperature controller is the actual temperature. When heated, Green light(ON) will turn on, Red light (OFF) will turn off, arrive to the set point, Green light (ON) will turn off, Red light (OFF) will turn on. Turn the button on the boot left side to OFF.

2.ManualHeating

Press the button of the temperature controller to the “0” then the light “ON”will turn off,  light “OFF” will turn. Put the button on the boot of the machine to “ON”. Temperature controller ON OFF will both turn off.

Press the button on the left middle Quartz Tube, the green light on the left side will turn o. Pay attention: Now the machine is handle heated, this application need worker  observe the control, pay attention to the temperature.

8.According to the paper’s thickness and the corrugated paper’s depth, adjust the roll’s gap.Through adjust the screw on the left and right, turn left or right the hand shank, when the gap come to the requirement, lock the lower handles, finished the gap debugging. Use a 200×200 paper as the model try to pressing, up to standard then it can use. If the paper turn to one side off tracking, the it show the roll gap on the side is too high, need to be adjusted.
