If there is no special hydraulic oil, it can be considered according to factors such as working pressure and temperature range.

After determining the type of hydraulic oil, it is necessary to select the oil viscosity grade (hydraulic oil brand).

The choice of viscosity grade is very important, because viscosity has a significant effect on the stability, reliability, efficiency, temperature rise and wear of the hydraulic system.

The hydraulic oil with high viscosity produces greater resistance when it flows, and consumes more power to overcome the resistance.

The power will be converted into heat and cause the oil temperature to rise; if the viscosity is too low, the leakage will increase and the volumetric efficiency of the system will decrease.

It will also cause the system temperature to rise faster.

Check the level gauge in the fuel tank regularly (every working day) to observe whether the amount of oil needs to be filled with oil.

When the oil is insufficient, please replenish it in time.

The hydraulic oil must be of the specified model. The characteristics of the No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil will change every 6 months or after 5000 to 20000 hours of use on the bus bar processing machine, and it will tend to solidify (dense).

Generally, the oil should be changed when it has been used for 5000 hours or the color of the oil turns brown-black.
