Main features:
This machine is equipped with three working stations (units): punching, shearing and bending. The three stations work sequentially. The punching station is a turret structure. Its main function is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. When working, you only need to select the corresponding processing station to conveniently and quickly perform various processing on the copper and aluminum busbars, such as shearing, punching (round holes, oblong holes), flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, reverse flattening, twisting, etc.
3(1)It combines punching, bending and cutting together as well as some other functions such as embossing, twisting, flattening, pressing tie-in, etc.
Three electric motors and pumps make sure that workers can operate the cutting unit,punching unit and bending unit at the same time.
(1)Cutting unit:The shearing unit adopts a high-precision double-column linear slide double-knife shearing structure. The upper knife and the lower knife are installed vertically and parallel to each other, ensuring that the cut is smooth and no waste is generated. The double-sided knife edge fully utilizes the mold material and is used for a longer time.
(2)Punching unit:The punching station adopts an enlarged turret-type six-mode integral turntable made of ductile iron material. The turntable has a diameter of 400mm (the turntable is an integrated part, and the mold mounting holes are processed by a CNC machining center with high precision. The clearance between the mold and the turntable is 0.00-0.03mm), which improves the concentricity of the mold and extends the service life of the mold. Moreover, there is no need to frequently replace the mold during use, which improves work efficiency.

(6)The hydraulic oil pipe adopts the national standard A-type connection method, which is durable and easy to maintain.
